Best Comedy DVD's

Christmas is approaching and I'm in the mood for some quality comedy. Anyone got any comedian DVD recommendations? Help a brother out.

Dunno if you can get them on DVD, but ive been enjoying Aziz Ansaris sets on Netflix. Nothing particularly revolutionary in terms of material, but very amusing.

Its such a personal thing though, stand up comedy. Unless you know someone's tastes well, it can be very hit and miss recommending stuff to people.

I've not seen much comedy in the last few years so all ideas welcome. From watching comedy quiz shows on tv I'm thinking Milton jones and that Amos guy are up my strasse. All ideas welcome.

I like the Louis ck series. Might have to check out any shows he has released.

Like sit com stuff? Try 'Still Game'. I think they did 5 or 6 series but even so I don't think it was that well known outside Scotland. It's top notch.
