How do I change this 'custom title' thing then?
So another cunt decides to get stabby in the hope of getting his neighbours to turn on each other on behalf of his imaginary friend.

Injures at least six people but shot by the exceptions that prove the rule in an almost entirely unarmed police force.

By the way interesting to note for overseas people reading about the historic issues with the terrorist - name suppression orders are really common here and a defence lawyers first gambit. It prevents local media exposing people before they're found guilty, which in a small country where there are literally no more than 3 degrees of separation is quite useful.

And your experience and training in following a surveillance aware subject is?

Well. None. But he's but he's been under '24/7' surveillance for over five years by a dedicated team. I imagine that's not cheap. I would assume that should entail following the guy into a crowded supermarket selling large knives packed with the very people he had posted online he wanted to murder, with large knives.

They did say he was very aware of surveillance and was paranoid about it, so they had to keep a suitable distance.

I feel for them. It must be an exhausting and tedious task. But I think that was a bit of a failure to only take action once they heard screaming coming from inside the supermarket while they were in the carpark.

I read that, but don't quite understand it.

There might be cases when you don't want the subject of surveillance to know they're being watched, maybe so you can gather evidence on their activities, contacts etc, but there are also circumstances when the purpose of the surveillance is that they definitely do know it, so they don't attempt attacks like this.
