Now been undisqualified I thinkFaith Kipyegon rightly disqualified unfortunately, Tsegay cut her up but you can't grab someone's arm so obviously and try and pull them back, doesn't matter how annoyed you are.
Glad Beatrice Chebet wasn't involved and won the race deservedly

From last night. Keely Hodgkinson’s 100m splits for the final lap - a superb progressive last 400 with a 28.3 last 200 (15.2, 14.8, 14.1, 14.2 for each 100) was something the others couldn't live with.
Wonder if we will see something like that in the men’s 1500m, Kerr v Ingebritsen. Kerr is not quite as fast as the Ingebritsen but in a championship race - not a time trial - the Scot has the ability to outkick if he’s on his rivals shoulder. Of course there are other runners in the race too.
Then later on hopefully Daryll Neita can grab a well deserved medal. And don’t forget Dina Asher-Smith

It's going to be tough in the final, could be around 43.5 to win it.
Only a small thing but it's annoying me how they keep saying heats as well as SF's. "It's heat 3 of the SF's" for example, it's a slip of the tongue or they just don't know but still argh lol
