I mean I don't use Apple, but 20W is still not a slow charge. I think my Pixel does 21W and it's really quick on my laptop charger.

I guess it's more that it could be a lot faster, as per other handsets.

Nice, but it gets to a point it doesn't really matter.
I've never thought that I wish my Pixel charged faster. The battery lasts a good amount of time, so it's easy to plug it in. I wouldn't want to go back to usig a 0.5a charger either though.
I'd also want to do more reading on what it does to battery health to fast charge so often, but if there is no impact the why not?

Oh I've had a few, but my life is more routine now.
Thing is 20w is fast charging compared to what we had. No doubt when I get 40w it will be very cool and I look forward to it, but it's marginal gaines.
The times I can think I'd need it the most, I'll probably be using a power bank that won't deliver it. I'd be more excited for longer battery life, but in a quest for thin and light, that ship sailed.

Ordered a 15 Pro (work paid) and decided to pick up from the store rather than get it delivered as it’s near work and I’m rarely wfh these days.
Got a 15 min slot to pick up. “For best service, please arrive during your reserved time or you may experience a delay picking up your order.” Fair enough, arrived on time…

Same. I was really pissed off. Told them there was no way I was queueing and if I’d known I would’ve got it delivered. They are going to hold it for seven days.

During Covid if you went to the hospital early for an appointment they asked to see you appointment then politely told you to fuck off and come back for your slot.
Same with the passport office now.
