Anyone know how you make solid yoghurt toppings?

Like for flapjacks and those yoghurt coated raisins that H&B sells. I am a bit addicted.

I suspect they are 1% yoghurt, 10% sugar and 89% hydrogenated vegetable fat.

Would yogurt and icing sugar work ?

Just made a batch of yoghurt covered flapjacks which are now cooling off. I tinkered with the recipe and possibly added a bit too much yoghurt. Hopefully I didn't fuck it up. Will report in the morning.

I fucked it up.

Too much liquid in the icing sugar and grains of solid sugar in the flapjacks.

Oh well - back to the drawing board.
