Absoultuy this. They want to play the "what about" card, which at the moment they can't really do at the moment without looking like total fools (unless they are on fox).
Senator Ron Johnson just went ahead with the 'whataboutary' on CNN yesterday without any basis for what he was claiming and got tied up in knots over the very simplest cross examination you could imagine.

If they had any kind of case that they could bring to court we would already know about it.
If they had something on on Hunter they would be happy to expose him in public.
The scary thing is that people still follow these fools. They can just lie and their followers repeat the lies until they are satisfied they are true.

He sure looks guilty to me, though he'd surely get off on grounds of diminished responsibility. But it's still a blatantly political prosecution. This sort of nonsense started with the Lewinsky affair, and it's bedevilled every administration since. Hard to see how to make it stop now.

He'll get off on the fact that they don't have a specific crime and there is literally no evidence linking him to anything. They are hoping to impeach him to investigate any possible wrong doing. Something they should really have in the bag before hand. This is in some ways more moronic than the attempted impeachments of Obama over his birth certificate etc. At least they knew what they were accusing him of (even if the the only evidence they had proved them wrong before they even left the gate).
