we've just a pretty good work out in the heat.. no injuries, we all played well, if not at 100%.. relahni and BH solid in defence, and I managed to put a few away.. pretty good all round

Yep, all shaping up quite nicely. I like the tenacity of BH and LDR pretty good for defence. Felt pretty good in defence last night. But got bored pretty quickly. Managed to keep a clean sheet for around 20mins at the back, then meandered up front, managed to score after around 3 attempts.

Enjoyed the game - perfect loosener for Sunday. Looking forward to tomorrow - will play 75% again.
