Suggestion: Choose a team mate and come up with a chant for them. Doesn't have to be immediately, do it over a few days.

I'll take Relahni.

can I be free-kick taker please? it's my specialist subject!

I'm happy to share them with you (if we get any) but I score every season from free kicks. I'd contend that if I'm on the pitch I'm a good option to score.

I'm not sure that it'll be the same in 7-a-side goals. Depends on the size/ size of pitch.

None of you are seeing me now until the big day - unless flim makes an appearance next weekend in the Bris. I'm playing a tournament the week after next but not sure how much exercise I'll get otherwise

Anyway, enjoyed being put through my paces on Saturday. Rudeboy decided to test my stamina somewhat after the footy had finished as well...

yay, actually played quite well tonight.. at-fucking-last..
i hear you got a hat-trick in the first five minutes or so!! dont you burn out before the 15th :D

Yeah, Chris F played much better last night - a hat trick in the first 30 mins.

I played alright, scored quite a few towards the end of a two hour epic.

Chris F and myself finished on the winning side. Brixton Hatter played well also. Looking forward to the tourno.

No-ones mentioned it on here, but in my limited experience of playing with you all, I think Brixton Hatter will be key to getting decent results. I thought he was by far the best player we have last Wednesday.

Should he play in midfield - :) Should he play as part of a 'back 3' I think he should have most licence to roam.

Pleased it sounds like CF and Relhani are coming into form a few weeks before the tournament. Now we need to sort out the rest of us!

like relahni said, we all played 2 hours of 5-a-side and weren't too knackered at the end of it, which says something about relative fitness levels.. was really pleased with that.

i think the key to me playing well is not being too hard on myself when I fuck up, and playing with a bit of arrogance, and thinking a bit more.. just getting into the right mind set basically. and not playing up front.. best attacking from midfield.

i'd personally play bh in a back three, going forward when poss, but helping preserve the defence

but then thats just my opinion

I was up against BH for a lot of last night, and would agree that he's an excellent defender, as Rollem says, going forward when poss.. he was the key to his team getting forward on the counter attack.

I don't really mind where I play as long as I'm on the left and not in goal. :)

Are we still on for tomorrow?

Yeah, I'd say you should sit deeper in midfield and push forward - I think you offer the team a lot more in that role.

I'd have BH in defence too, pushing up into attack..

I think Ringo's role is underestimated too. He's a tenacious player who will give the defence a lot of support in his up front position. Flimsier I'd say is the key man imo. He can finish and is good in the air.

Chris's finishing is improving - he's not trying to skin it so much - which is a good sign for the team.

JTG can finish too - did one shot each on Sat and he was by far the best - although it's difficult to tell after one shot.

 :)

I won't tell them about the game we had afterwards JTG.

What was the score Sleater and Scott? Something like 15-1 to us?

Seems like I missed the fun. I'll be there tomorrow definitely, I'm playing tonight with work and am looking forward to that. 5:30 in Swyncombe avenue sports ground in Brentford if anyone wants to come along and watch.

You've become a bit good then  :)

May be watching you all on Wednesday, will be coming slightly later - depends how the foot feels on the day - somedays are bad, others fine.
