Lecabela Quaresma (100m hurdles) was carrying the flag . I was a bit worried that would mean Christopher Lima Da Costa (100m) would be walking on his own behind her, but he had a couple of people with him .

There are also individual athletes competing under the Olympic Flag. This year they are from South Sudan and the former Netherlands Antilles.

NVP has been too! It's a wonderful place. Bath warm seas that are clear as a bell with the second largest barrier reef on the planet. I snorkelled with a TIGER SHARK. The pilot of our plane from Belize City to Caye Caulker came to find us in the bar when he was ready to go. Bliss.

Have you made a rule about the number of athletes? Is 10 too many? You're strict
