20 odd of them will be the football team thoughCool! 20+ makes them a bit big but I'll stick with Gabon
We're seeing them play Korea - I shall give them a cheer for you!

Only ever won 1 gold. 11 medals ever. Hopeful of 4. Only had 37 athletes at Beijing.. I'm with Colombia
I bagsied SL already, but we can share it (I have been there a few times so do have some feeling for the place!)
2 bottles of Piton please!
I'll take Paraguay since Vanuatu has gone. Spent too long looking for the smallest representation including table tennis.
HAH! In your face!
Alternatively
Ooops, I feel a bit guilty now for snaffling a team from someone with a far more sensible reason than the one I gave.
I'm adopting Gambia. I know they are there as I saw them come past. I don't know what they are participating in (I shall google) but I have spent several periods of my life living there and I am immensely fond of the place. Also, it's quite certain that every Gambian I know is related somehow to an Olympian. It's a small place.
Only 2? I thought I saw more. Do you know what their discipline is?Good pick. Only two athletes

Oi. My choice was Scotland as it fitted the demographic of a country with very few athletes rather well.
Wendy Hoogestam (sp?) has a good chance of a gold medal so that rules Northeast Ireland out of things.
Mind you, maybe I should just change to Wales to up my unlike count.
Ms Ordinary knows the score! Sao Tome And Principe ftw (STAP from now on!)
Olympics, yay
There are also individual athletes competing under the Olympic Flag. This year they are from South Sudan and the former Netherlands Antilles.
After conferring with twentythreedom, it has been decided that Scotland is neither a small nation (population wise) and doesn't have a small number of athletes (unless you can prove to us that there's 10 or fewer Scottish athletes).
i forgot about Hoy. The only other one I know is David Millar (cycling) who is Scottish-ish.
Meanwhile Alex salmons is supporting his Scolympians

Similarly, yesterday’s good luck message was directed specifically at “to all 54 Olympians and 23 Scottish Paralympians”.
I'll take Belize, plize. I've been there a few times and it's lovely
Am also taking an interest in Kuwait as an incredibly distant relative is in the swimming
Have you? I'd love to go to Belize.
They have three athletes.
Kuwait has 10
