2016 Final Portugal v France

Don't try and give them a high five or shake their hand when they're walking up to collect their losers medals, for fuck's sake. Tossers.
 
Looks like Giroud wouldn't even let the medal be out round his neck.

I wonder if anyone has been happy to get a losers medal. Milwall against Man Utd in the FA Cup? They would probably have not had high expectations of winning (remember Danny Baker saying the SF was their final and the actual final was just a nice day out).

I don't get all the hate for Ronaldo. Yeah he is an arrogant sod but I think he has the right to be, plus apparently he is the hardest working player off the pitch in training and keeping himself in shape and doing all the work you need to do to get to the top and stay there.

Whether he does or doesn't have the right to be, doesn't mean he has to be. Plus a lot of footballers are arrogant but have the charm and grace to pull it off (Henry, for example) but Ronaldo has little of either.

It's cos he comes across as a fucking dick. I dunno, maybe humility - or the perception of same - is something i expect from the best players, but he just comes across as being a show-off, arrogant, limelight-hungry, all the stuff he just doesn't need to do

He's so over the top I reckon he's a bit like Sheldon Cooper- actually unaware of any wrongdoing.
 
Very, very scant knowledge, but I get the feeling his humble origins have given him a massive chip on his shoulder in terms of forever having to prove himself and be his own biggest fan because he doesn't believe others will be.

My psychology degree is in the post :D

Yeah he is a dick but he's one of the greatest players ever so it doesn't really bother me too much

He was the manager for about the last 45 minutes.

I have to smile at that. He gives all the team talks, everything. You can never ever accuse him of hiding. :D
