probably. The bank building at 746 / 748 Lordship Lane looks more recent than what's in the photo so doesn't help.

1914 OS map doesn't mark 'Hardy Terrace' but that doesn't prove much.

1950s OS map shows numbers 186 - 192 High Street missing.

The only match I can find in 1914 Kellys Middlesex directory is Warrington, Walter Edward, oilman, 184 High Road - which would fit the shop shown in the photo.

In the picture, the shop at 186 seems to be covered with adverts, suggesting it wasn't trading - maybe already closed due to the impending underground station?

(as an aside, the 1914 map shows tram track layout - Wood Green had what's known as a 'grand union junction' - one where you could go from any direction to any other direction. There weren't many of these...)
