What seas have you touched?

Whether it’s diving or sticking your finger in. Just being in a boat doesn’t count. Bonus points for having touched seas I’ve never heard of.

I’ve touched these seas:

North Sea
South China Sea
East China Sea
Black Sea
Norwegian Sea
Irish Sea

I thought I’d touched the Caribbean Sea, but then discovered Barbados is not in that sea at all but entirely in the Atlantic.

Also I’ve touched some oceans and channels, but I’ll leave those for another thread.

They're all composed of H2O with various amounts of stuff dissolved/suspended/floating in it, so it's just seawater wherever you are.

We should organise an urban outing to go swimming in the North Sea in January or February.
