Go on and take that pill that people take. Wash it down with ya bullshit shake. If thats how u like it all in your face, suck up the pretence you fake for 'a' fucks sake. Your gone u flake. Come on bring it on how u gonna fix this? Twitching about like you got god damn ticks. When your reality rushes in you'l be shitting fuckin bricks. I'll be far gone to hush your rush. Enjoy your ride, i think soon enough you'll be the one going off to hide. Smelling to me like summat just died.

Betty came by on her way
Said she had a word to say
About things today
And fallen leaves

Said she hadn’t heard the news
Hadn’t had the time to choose
A way to lose
But she believes

Gonna see the river man
Gonna tell him all I can
About the plan
For lilac time

If he tells me all he knows
About the way his river flows
And all night shows
In summertime

Betty said she prayed today
For the sky to blow away
Or maybe stay
She wasn’t sure

For when she thought of summer rain
Calling for her mind again
She lost the pain
And stayed for more

Gonna to see the river man
Gonna to tell him all I can
About the ban
On feeling free

If he tells me all he knows
About the way his river flows
I don’t suppose
It’s meant for me

Oh, how they come and go

little jack horner sitting on the corner with no shoes or clothes. This ain't funny but he took all his money and and sniffed it up his nose i

baby u bring me up when am down and baby you brought me in from my rain. You give me hope and aspiration, now i believe in what ya sayin i'm ten feet tall x

Well, I followed you that time
Things that touched me slipped my mind
If you help me then I'll try and I'll believe you

I need time, could you explain?
I've been caught up in my pain
And it's really not the same, you can see it

I got nothing left to be
Do you have some plans for me?
I got nothing left to be
Do you have some plans for me?

I can't filter what I want
See my face and see the cost
All that's good that just got tossed and I keep waiting

And I don't know what to drink
I get twisted everything
I need you to see me sing, can you believe it?

I got nothing left to be
Do you have some plans for me?
I got nothing left to be
Do you have some plans for me?

I know you do, I know you do
I know you do
I know you do, I know you do
I know you do, I know you do

Now I know you came
Now I know you know my name
Don't let me be the same

Well, I followed you for years
I've got pain and I've got fears
Then there's moments when it clears and I've been waiting

I got nothing left to be
Do you have some plans for me?
I've got nothing left to be
Do you have some plans for me?
Do you have some plans for me?

I know you do, I know you do
I know you do
I know you do, I know you do
I know you do, I know you do

For me, for me, for me, for me

I'll never forget the first Starcruiser I saw
Moving alongside but well spaced out
She was looking for me so I went aboard
It was dark in her hold and almost as cold
As the infinite blackness itself.

We set off through space at a moderate rate
Going faster than light but not worried
I wondered a mite 'bout my forthcoming fate
She was pulsing out fire while her gauges went higher
Than anything I could believe in.

She was a Starcruser, Star Starcruiser
Starcruiser, Star Starcruiser
She was a mean Starcruiser
And she was cruising me.

She was burning me up and squeezing me out
While the universe grew all-around us
My Eyes filled with Silver, there was gold in my mouth
I longed for a drink, I just couldn't think
And the speed, it got faster and faster.

We arrived at her base and she showed me her face
Just a glimpse for a second, it downed me
I was really knocked out by her sweet sweet grace
I saw my fate written there, but by now did not care
I was loyal, I loved her, I signed on.

I flew with the cruiser for almost a year
My mind it had melted and changed so
It had blown up my circuits, I'd gone out of gear
I was hers all that time, so strange were her crimes
Even now I dare not recall them.

Starcruisers are bright, and they light up the night
And their style it is clean and it thrills you
They are cool at the kill, you can keep them in sight
They will burn out your drive and they'll drain off your life
And they won't even know they have done it.

I try to hold some hope in my heart
For these African youths
Coming up where I'm from
Many traps to elude
Surrounded by
Mostly white and affluent dudes
And somehow, you expected to have
Mastered this smooth
Swagger and move
With the right walk, the right talk
Fashion and crews
Souls subtly attacked and abused
And what's funny's being black wasn't cool
Where I'm from til suddenly
You started hearing rap in the school
Hallways
Admist this madness I grew
With knack for amusing through this little skill
For rappin at dudes
An' we all like to laugh at the truth
But when you young and same facts
Pertain to who you rappin em to
Well, I opted not to bring
That to the booth
But after a while, it sort of starts naggin at you
The crazed infatuation with blackness
That trash that gets viewed
And the fact that the tube only showed blacks
Actin the fool and I was watching...

(saturated with negative images and a limited range of
Possibilities is strange...)

And it's sad cause that naturally do
Sort of condition your mind and over time
That's what's attractive to you
So young blacks don't see themselves in
Scholastic pursuits
Or the more practical routes
It's makin tracks or it's hoops
Or God-forbid movin packs for the loot
Even with this music we so limited - it's rap or produce
And that narrow conception of what's black isn't true
Of course, still we feel forced to adapt to this view
Like there's something that you're havin to prove
Now add that to the slew
Of justification the capitalists use
For the new blaxploitation
Many actions excused
In the name of getting cash
That's adversely impactin our youth
With mental slavery, the shackles is loose
And it's hard to cut chains when they attached at the roots
So what the new black activists do
For our freedom is just being them
Do what you're passionate to
Not confined by a sense that you have to disprove
Any stereotypes, so-called facts to refute
Or match any image of blackness
They've established as true
Perhaps we'll break thru the glass ceilings
Shatter the roof and emerge
From these boxes that they have us in cooped
And grow to smash the bold that they casted of you
I'll keep watching...

I saw her, yea I saw her
With her black tongue tied round the roses

A fist pounding on a vending machine
Toy diamond ring stuck on her finger
With a noose she can hang from the sun
And put it out with her dark sunglasses
Walking crooked down the beach
She spits on the sand
Where their bones are bleaching

And I know I'm gonna steal her life
She doesn't even know what's wrong
And I know I'm gonna make her die
Take her where her soul belongs
And I know I'm gonna steal her life
Nothing that I wouldn't try

Hey, my cyanide girl
Hey, my cyanide girl
My my cyanide girl
Hey, my cyanide girl

I saw her, yea I saw her
With her hands tied back
Rags a' burnin'
Calling out from a landfilled life
Scrawlin' her name upon the ceiling
Throw a coin in a fountain of dust
White noise, her ears are ringing
Got a ticket for my midnight hanging
Throw a bullet from a freight train leaving

And I know I'm gonna steal her life
She doesn't even know what's wrong
And I know I'm gonna make her die
Take her where her soul belongs
And I know I'm gonna steal her life
Nothing that I wouldn't try

Hey, my cyanide girl
Hey, my cyanide girl
My my cyanide girl
Hey, my cyanide girl

Hey, my cyanide girl
Hey, my cyanide girl
My my cyanide girl
Hey, my cyanide girl

Hey, my cyanide girl
Hey, my cyanide girl
My my cyanide girl
Hey, my cyanide girl

And one day we will die and our ashes will fly from the aeroplane over the sea,
But for now we are young, let us lay in the sun and count every beautiful thing we can see.

If you wake up and don't want to smile,
If it takes just a little while,
Open your eyes and look at the day,
You'll see things in a different way.

Don't stop, thinking about tomorrow,
Don't stop, it'll soon be here,
It'll be, better than before,
Yesterday's gone, yesterday's gone.

Why not think about times to come,
And not about the things that you've done,
If your life was bad to you,
Just think what tomorrow will do.

Don't stop, thinking about tomorrow,
Don't stop, it'll soon be here,
It'll be, better than before,
Yesterday's gone, yesterday's gone.

All I want is to see you smile,
If it takes just a little while,
I know you don't believe that it's true,
I never meant any harm to you.

Don't stop, thinking about tomorrow,
Don't stop, it'll soon be here,
It'll be, better than before,
Yesterday's gone, yesterday's gone.

Don't you look back,
Don't you look back.

I love the classics.

Midnight at the glamour show on a Sunday Night
Everybody drink a lotta whiskey and wine
We dance like no tomorrow
We're on Burlesque time
But everybody's gotta work tomorrow at nine

Touch me, t-touch me baby but don't mess up my hair
Love me, l-love me crazy
But don't get too attached, this is a brief affair

Vanity (pictures in magazines, movie screens)
Vanity (mirrors and cameras, so many beauty queens)
Vanity (it's so good to be)
Fabulous and glamourous, we love ourselves and no one else
Va-va-va-va-vanity va-vanity, va-va-va-vanity

Nothin' wrong with being just a little bit vain
We need a little pretty cuz this country's insane
So go ahead and label me whatever you like
But nothings quite as sexy as a woman is fine

Touch me, t-touch me baby but don't mess up my hair
Love me, l-love me crazy
But don't get too attached, this is a brief affair

Vanity (pictures in magazines, movie screens)
Vanity (mirrors and cameras, so many beauty queens)
Vanity (it's so good to be)
Fabulous and glamorous, we love ourselves and no one else

Look at me (watcha lookin' at)
Look at me (watcha starin' at)
Look at me (watcha lookin' at)
Look at me (watcha starin'at)

I'm comin' around, I'm sippin on Andre, it's time
I heard the cutie's in the back, starting the p-party line
Let's dance (be proud) we're in the vanity house
We're covered in sequins, diamonds, we're happy cuz we're shinin

Touch me, t-touch me baby but don't mess up my hair
Love me, l-love me crazy
But don't get too attached, this is a brief affair

Vanity (pictures in magazines, movie screens)
Vanity (mirrors and cameras, so many beauty queens)
Vanity (it's so good to be)
Fabulous and glamourous, we love ourselves and no one else

Vanity (pictures in magazines, movie screens)

Your eyes are almost dead
can't get out of bed
And you can't sleep

You're sitting down to dress
and you're a mess
You look in the mirror

You look in your eyes
Then you realize

Everybody goes
leaving those
who fall behind

Everybody goes
as far as they can
They don't just care

They stood on the stairs
Laughing at your airs

Your mother's dead
She said
"Don't be afraid"

Your mother's dead
You're on your own
She's in her bed

Everybody goes
Leaving those
Who fall behind

Everybody goes
As far as they can
They don't just care

You're a wasted face
you're a sad-eyed lie
You're a holocaust

still dedicated to the boards despite all the bullshit & beefs

Thank you, friends
Wouldn't be here if it wasn't for you
I'm so grateful for all the things you helped me do.

All the ladies and gentlemen
Who made this all so probable

Thank you, friends
I rejoice to the skies
Dear ones like you do the best i do
As far as can see my eyes

All the ladies and gentlemen
Who made this all so probable

Without my friends i got chaos
I'm often a bead of light.
Without my friends i'd be swept up high by the wind

Do, do.......

All the ladies and gentlemen (i said all)
All the ladies and gentlemen (i said all)
All the ladies and gentlemen
Who made this all so probable

Thank you friends (thank you again)
Thank you friends (thank you again)
Dear, dear friends (thank you again)
Thank you friends (thank you again)
And again, and again....
Never too late to start

"Waiting For The Miracle"

Baby, I've been waiting,
I've been waiting night and day.
I didn't see the time,
I waited half my life away.
There were lots of invitations
and I know you sent me some,
but I was waiting
for the miracle, for the miracle to come.
I know you really loved me.
but, you see, my hands were tied.
I know it must have hurt you,
it must have hurt your pride
to have to stand beneath my window
with your bugle and your drum,
and me I'm up there waiting
for the miracle, for the miracle to come.

Ah I don't believe you'd like it,
You wouldn't like it here.
There ain't no entertainment
and the judgements are severe.
The Maestro says it's Mozart
but it sounds like bubble gum
when you're waiting
for the miracle, for the miracle to come.

Waiting for the miracle
There's nothing left to do.
I haven't been this happy
since the end of World War II.

Nothing left to do
when you know that you've been taken.
Nothing left to do
when you're begging for a crumb
Nothing left to do
when you've got to go on waiting
waiting for the miracle to come.

I dreamed about you, baby.
It was just the other night.
Most of you was naked
Ah but some of you was light.
The sands of time were falling
from your fingers and your thumb,
and you were waiting
for the miracle, for the miracle to come

Ah baby, let's get married,
we've been alone too long.
Let's be alone together.
Let's see if we're that strong.
Yeah let's do something crazy,
something absolutely wrong
while we're waiting
for the miracle, for the miracle to come.

Nothing left to do ...

When you've fallen on the highway
and you're lying in the rain,
and they ask you how you're doing
of course you'll say you can't complain --
If you're squeezed for information,
that's when you've got to play it dumb:
You just say you're out there waiting
for the miracle, for the miracle to come.

Wish that I was on ol' Rocky Top
Down in the Tennessee hills
Ain't no smoggy smoke on Rocky Top
Ain't no telephone bills
Once I had a girl on Rocky Top
Half bear, other half cat
Wild as a mink, but sweet as soda pop
I still dream about that

Rocky Top, you'll always be
Home sweet home to me
Good ol' Rocky Top
Rocky Top, Tennessee, Rocky Top, Tennessee

Once two strangers climbed ol' Rocky Top
Looking for a moonshine still
Strangers ain't come down from Rocky Top
Reckon they never will
Corn won't grow at all on Rocky Top
Dirt's too rocky by far
That's why all the folks on Rocky Top
Get their corn from a jar

I've had years of crimped up city life
Trapped like a duck in a pen
All I know is it's a pity life
Can't be simple again

I’ll get of this boat in a minute
‘cause I know you’ll be safer without me in it

then you called
I love you so
don’t ever let me go
I will fall to the ground

at the time
that we meet
we were whole
then we peeled off
piece by piece of our souls
we were wrong to stay this long
let me go
let me fall to the ground

I’m waiting for you to disarm me
I’ll go off if you don’t remove this weight off of me

You're sorta stuck where you are
But, in your dreams you can buy expensive cars,
or live on mars
and have it your way

And you hate your boss at your job
well in your dreams you can blow his head off
in your dreams
show no mercy

And all your bad days will end
And all your bad days will end
You have to sleep late when you can
And all your bad days will end

How can you lie there and think of England when you don't even know who's in the team?

Another class lyric from Billy Bragg.

This is the hour when the city turns blue
This is the time of the lost and found
They loose the nutters in the Underground
Everything's far and nothing is true
When the streets don't feel like a neutral zone
Or the stranger's eye like a neutral glance
The very next step might blow your chance
Of finding your way home alone

(Look sharp)
It's like an opening door
(Look sharp)
It's what we came here for
(Look sharp)
You never know what the wind may blow

And your life's like the voice in the room upstairs
Raised to someone you never hear
You can try and try, it never comes clear
Are you saying or swearing your prayers?
But the eyes are wide that were shut for shame
Dogs in their backyards jump up and bark
Hull and Halifax wake in the dark
Like someone was calling their name

(Look sharp)
It's like an opening door
(Look sharp)
It's what we came here for
(Look sharp)
You never know what the wind may blow

This is the hour when the city turns blue
This is the time of the lost and found
There's no saviours hanging around
Keeping a watch over you
There's words on the wall and a stinking lift
I hold my breath to the fourteenth floor
Empty-handed I knock at your door
My empty hands are my gift

(Look sharp)
It's like an opening door
(Look sharp)
It's what we came here for
(Look sharp)
You never know what the wind may blow
You never know what the wind may blow

Sam Stone came home,
To the wife and family
After serving in the conflict overseas.
And the time that he served,
Had shattered all his nerves,
And left a little shrapnel in his knees.
But the morhpine eased the pain,
And the grass grew round his brain,
And gave him all the confidence he lacked,
With a purple heart and a monkey on his back.

There's a hole in daddy's arm where all the money goes,
Jesus Christ died for nothin I suppose.
Little pitchers have big ears,
Don't stop to count the years,
Sweet songs never last too long on broken radios.

Sam Stone's welcome home
Didn't last too long.
He went to work when he'd spent his last dime
And soon he took to stealing
When he got that empty feeling
For a hundred dollar habit without overtime.
And the gold roared through his veins
Like a thousand railroad trains,
And eased his mind in the hours that he chose,
While the kids ran around wearin' other peoples' clothes...

There's a hole in daddy's arm where all the money goes,
Jesus Christ died for nothin I suppose.
Little pitchers have big ears,
Don't stop to count the years,
Sweet songs never last too long on broken radios.

Sam Stone was alone
When he popped his last balloon,
Climbing walls while sitting in a chair.
Well, he played his last request,
While the room smelled just like death,
With an overdose hovering in the air.
But life had lost it's fun,
There was nothing to be done,
But trade his house that he bought on the GI bill,
For a flag-draped casket on a local hero's hill.

There's a hole in daddy's arm where all the money goes,
Jesus Christ died for nothin I suppose.
Little pitchers have big ears,
Don't stop to count the years,
Sweet songs never last too long on broken radios.

(Shoe do do do do do do do)

(Shoe do do do do do do yeah)
(Shoe do do do do do do do)
(Shoe do do do do do do yeah)
(Shoe do do do do do do do)
(Shoe do do do do do do yeah)

Oh, when you walk by every night
Talking sweet and looking fine
I get kinda hectic inside
Mmm, baby I'm so into you
Darling, if you only knew
All the things that flow through my mind

(But it's just a) sweet, sweet fantasy, baby
When I close my eyes
You come and you take me
(On and on and on)
So deep in my daydreams
But it's just a sweet, sweet fantasy, baby

(Shoe do do do do do do do)
(Shoe do do do do do do yeah)
(Shoe do do do do do do do)
(Shoe do do do do do do yeah)
(Shoe do do do do do do do)
(Shoe do do do do do do yeah)
(Shoe do do do do do do do)
(Shoe do do do do do do yeah)

Images of rapture
Creep into me slowly
As you're going to my head
And my heart beats faster
When you take me over
Time and time and time again

(But it's just a) sweet, sweet fantasy, baby
When I close my eyes
You come and you take me
(On and on and on)
So deep in my daydreams
But it's just a sweet, sweet fantasy, baby

(Shoe do do do do do do do)
(Shoe do do do do do do yeah)
(Shoe do do do do do do do)
(Shoe do do do do do do yeah)
(Shoe do do do do do do do)
(Shoe do do do do do do yeah)
(Shoe do do do do do do do)
(Shoe do do do do do do yeah)

(It's just a) sweet, sweet fantasy, baby
When I close my eyes
You come and you take me
(On and on and on)
So deep in my daydreams
But it's just a sweet, sweet fantasy, baby

I'm in heaven
With my boyfriend
My lovely boyfriend
There's no beginning
And there is no end
Feels like I'm dreaming
But I'm not sleeping

(It's just a) sweet, sweet fantasy, baby
When I close my eyes
You come and you take me
(On and on and on)
So deep in my daydreams
But it's just a sweet, sweet fantasy, baby

Sweet, sweet fantasy, baby
When I close my eyes
You come and you take me
(On and on and on)
So deep in my daydreams
But it's just a sweet, sweet fantasy, baby

Sweet, sweet fantasy, baby
Sweet, sweet fantasy, baby
(Shoe do do do do do do do)

A worried man with a worried mind
No one in front of me and nothing behind
There’s a woman on my lap and she’s drinking champagne
Got white skin, got assassin’s eyes
I’m looking up into the sapphire-tinted skies
I’m well dressed, waiting on the last train

Standing on the gallows with my head in a noose
Any minute now I’m expecting all hell to break loose

People are crazy and times are strange
I’m locked in tight, I’m out of range
I used to care, but things have changed

This place ain’t doing me any good
I’m in the wrong town, I should be in Hollywood
Just for a second there I thought I saw something move
Gonna take dancing lessons, do the jitterbug rag
Ain’t no shortcuts, gonna dress in drag
Only a fool in here would think he’s got anything to prove

Lot of water under the bridge, lot of other stuff too
Don’t get up gentlemen, I’m only passing through

People are crazy and times are strange
I’m locked in tight, I’m out of range
I used to care, but things have changed

I’ve been walking forty miles of bad road
If the Bible is right, the world will explode
I’ve been trying to get as far away from myself as I can
Some things are too hot to touch
The human mind can only stand so much
You can’t win with a losing hand

Feel like falling in love with the first woman I meet
Putting her in a wheelbarrow and wheeling her down the street

People are crazy and times are strange
I’m locked in tight, I’m out of range
I used to care, but things have changed

I hurt easy, I just don’t show it
You can hurt someone and not even know it
The next sixty seconds could be like an eternity
Gonna get low down, gonna fly high
All the truth in the world adds up to one big lie
I’m in love with a woman who don’t even appeal to me

Mr. Jinx and Miss Lucy, they jumped in the lake
I’m not that eager to make a mistake

People are crazy and times are strange
I’m locked in tight, I’m out of range
I used to care, but things have changed

Too many Florence Nightingales
Not enough Robin Hoods
Too many halos not enough heroes
Coming up with the goods
So you though you'd like to change the world
Decided to stage a jumble sale
For the poor, for the poor

It's a waste of time if you know what they mean
Try shaking a box in front of the Queen
'Cause her purse is fat and bursting at the seams
It's a waste of time if you know what they mean

Too many hands in too many pockets
Not enough hands on hearts
Too many ready to call it a day
Before the day starts

So you thought you'd like to see them healed
Got blue Peter to stage an appeal
For the poor, for the poor

It's a waste of time if you know what they mean
Try shaking a box in front of the Queen
'Cause her purse is fat and bursting at the seams
It's a waste of time if you know what they mean

Flag Day, Flag Day, Flag Day

that's gotta be the housemartins- got that feel of sub-billy bragg socialist earnestness

Do love Paul Heaton tho- used to collect empty crisp-packets, and is also aware that both his band names contain all the vowels in the English language. good songwriter too

no idea what lyrics I'm listening to- it's annoying the tits off me though (turns out it's 'down in mexico' from the Death Proof soundtrack. load of fucking wank if you ask me)

The Mississippi Delta was shining
Like a National guitar,
I am following the river
Down the highway
Through the cradle of the civil war,

I'm going to Graceland
Graceland
In Memphis Tennessee
I'm going to Graceland,

Poorboys and Pilgrims with families
And we are going to Graceland,
My traveling companion is nine years old
He is the child of my first marriage,
But I've reason to believe
We both will be received
In Graceland,

She comes back to tell me she's gone,
As if I didn't know that
As if I didn't know my own bed,
As if I'd never noticed,
The way she brushed her hair from her forehead,
And she said losing love
Is like a window in your heart,
Everybody sees you're blown apart,
Everybody sees the wind blow,

I'm going to Graceland,
Memphis Tennessee
I'm going to Graceland,
Poorboys and Pilgrims with families
And we are going to Graceland,

And my traveling companions
Are ghosts and empty sockets
I'm looking at ghosts and empties,
But I've reason to believe
We all will be received
In Graceland,

There is a girl in New York City,
Who calls herself the human trampoline,
And sometimes when I'm falling flying
Or tumbling in turmoil I say
Whoa so this is what she means,
She means we're bouncing into Graceland,
And I see losing love
Is like a window in your heart,
Everybody sees you're blown apart,
Everybody feels the wind blow,

In Graceland Graceland,
I'm going to Graceland,
For reasons I cannot explain
There's some part of me wants to see
Graceland,
And I may be obliged to defend
Every love every ending
Or maybe there's no obligations now,
Maybe I've a reason to believe
We all will be received
In Graceland

Woah in graceland graceland graceland
i'm going to graceland

i fuckin absolutely love the way paul simon sounds singing that bit vvvv.....i love the song, one of my favourites, but that bit always gets me...!!!! im a teeny bit drunk and have graceland on repeat...what could be better? :D

And she said losing love
Is like a window in your heart,
Everybody sees you're blown apart,
Everybody sees the wind blow....

may you never lay your head down without a hand to hold
may you never make your bed out in the cold

your just like a great strong brother of mine and you know that i love you true
You never talk dirty behind my back and i know there are those that do
won't you please, won't you please, won't you bear in mind
love is a lesson to learn in our time
won't you please won't please won't you bear in mind for me

may you never lay your head down without a hand to hold
may you never make your bed out in the cold

and your just like a good close sister me and you know that i love you true
you hold no blade to stab me in the back and i know that some do
won't you please won't you please won't you bear in mind
love is a lesson to learn time
won't you please won't you please won't you bear it mind for me

May you never lay your head down without a hand to hold
May you never make your bed out in the cold

Our conversation was short and sweet
It nearly swept me off-a my feet.
And I’m back in the rain, oh, oh,
And you are on dry land.
You made it there somehow
You’re a big girl now.

Bird on the horizon, sittin’ on a fence,
He’s singin’ his song for me at his own expense.
And I’m just like that bird, oh, oh,
Singin’ just for you.
I hope that you can hear,
Hear me singin’ through these tears.

Time is a jet plane, it moves too fast
Oh, but what a shame if all we’ve shared can’t last.
I can change, I swear, oh, oh,
See what you can do.
I can make it through,
You can make it too.

Love is so simple, to quote a phrase,
You’ve known it all the time, I’m learnin’ it these days.
Oh, I know where I can find you, oh, oh,
In somebody’s room.
It’s a price I have to pay
You’re a big girl all the way.

A change in the weather is known to be extreme
But what’s the sense of changing horses in midstream?
I’m going out of my mind, oh, oh,
With a pain that stops and starts
Like a corkscrew to my heart
Ever since we’ve been apart.

I can't get enough of this song atm, for some reason.
