I was absolutely blown away by that when it came out, just like nothing else. Utterly unique. Surprised he's not been mentioned much more on here, even when he's doing stuff that I merely like, I really respect the way he's doing it. And now a number one album, with no label involved. Astounding.

Chaos County Line, the new Skating Polly (double) album has just arrived and is now on the stereo and sounding even better than it did streaming it. The second most I have ever paid for a record. £36 most of that for postage as El Camino don't have a UK distribution deal as far as I can tell. Worth every penny.
