vulnerable persons form?

Hi there,

I currently work part time for a shop that is considered essential.

I am however cautious about going to work. I have bad asthma, have had kidney and liver problems, but didn't receive a letter from the NHS about being a vulnerable person.

Are there any online forms that I can fill out if I feel I am a vulnerable person and request a letter from the NHS?

I would speak to your doctor. The letters are generated from local surgeries & sent nationally.

Guidance for people aged 12 and over whose immune system means they are at higher risk of serious illness if they become infected with COVID-19.

but they don't give you a letter so what MrSki said.

Some advice is contradictory. e.g. I go on the British Heart Foundation website and they say hypertension is 'high risk'. I spoke to GP today and he wasn't concerned.. Yet I've also seen an article from the BMJ indicating it as a major risk factor from studies in China..
