Just get a webcam, there's a lot of choice, second hand is fine, and then use a free program like OBS to record audio and video into one file. Audio comes direct from your mixer into your computer as normal, OBS interfaces audio and video signals

I spent a full day researching cameras to install on a 3D printer, and ended up opting for my trusty C920.

Also I'm of the opinion there's a point where technology hits its peak use level and everything on top is desperate over design for the sake of selling novelty. A problem for endless corporate growth but not for us
