UK/EU Based Hosting Recommendations - 2022?

Need updated advice on shared hosting as there are so many now. Review articles seem to just crib off of each other .

I would like:

• Free SSL certificate
• SSD hosting
• Cloudflare or another CDN
• Reasonable backup policy
• Allowed more than one site/subdomain on the cheapest plan
• GDPR compliant
• Established company with decent reviews
• Doesn't suddenly become drastically more expensive on renewal
• 24/7 support

Any thoughts on this?

have used www.34sp.com for a few years for a voluntary organisation (they do free hosting for charities) so can't comment on the pricing

i've not wanted all the things you mention, so not sure they do them all
