Turkey - Czech Republic

I know it's a little early to be starting this thread, but there's a question at stake here: they currently have identical records (three points, two goals for, three against), so what happens if they draw? Coin toss? Drawing of lots? On my team's messageboard a couple of people are saying it'll be penalties. Anyone know for sure?

However it's resolved this looks to be a fantastic game in prospect. I really like the Czechs but can't help feeling that without Nedved, Porborsky or Rosicky they lack imagination or creativity. I'll be cheering the Turks in this one, I really want to see more of this Turan type, he looks like a ready made Gooner.

Here's what UEFA have said about Turkey - Czech Republic on Sunday night:-

Article 7.08 reads: "If two teams which have the same number of points, the same number of goals scored and conceded play their last group match against each other and are still equal at the end of that match, the ranking of the two teams in question will be determined by kicks from the penalty mark, provided no other teams within the group have the same number of points on completion of all group matches."
