Tune ID help! * Danger: ear worm quarantine

This is an early to mid 90s rave tune. It starts off with quite a thick padded (vocal sampled and layered?) sound, and then slowly a machine gun style bass line starts to fade in. Every now and again, the ubiquitous "Wooo!" along with ,"Come on! come on!" fills the gap.

I had this song in my head a while back, and after about an hour or so, I found it but I'll be jiggered if I can find it again. And it's been almost three hours of searching Youtube this time.

Massive thread / post ressurection, but I got reminded of this tune tonight having not played it for a few years, but when I went to find it (I had it saved as a favourite) it said it was no longer available, andfor the life of me, I can;t remember the name of it. I suppose Danski you're able to help out again please?!
