Tradesmen in Cardiff/Barry

I got some work to do in the house and now I got some cash to spare can afford some people to do it.

Does anyone know of someone who can put a new ceiling over my old one in kitchen and somebody who would be up for replacing work tops and decorating said kitchen?

You know, when I saw this title, I thought "heh, 'tradesmen', Urban's going to kick up about that" Perhaps it still will...
