Kagaku ninjatai gatchaman - science ninja team gatchaman. Better title than Battle of the planets any day.

I fucking love that song. Sadly Japan didn't, or rather they liked the end theme better, and switched them round after about 6 or 7 episodes. The song doesn't look as nice over the end credits.

Now for some more spod stuff. Do you know what happened in the end? The big baddie turned out to be God and he was pissed off that his creation had forsaken him. Gatchaman killed him. The end.
