That'd be great actually, always go to click on it, but then realise it's not a link.editor said:One thing: could you make the big 'Urban75 Recipes' text at the top right a link back to the homepage?
1. Nope. Not got that much control over the thing - it's just a google-ad supported free wiki.editor said:One thing: could you make the big 'Urban75 Recipes' text at the top right a link back to the homepage?
Oh, a nd clickiong on 'Spinach and Chickpeas - (Otherwise known as Espinacas con garbanzos) - guineveretoo' gives me a 'Page not found' error.
Yeah - I altered the name so it no longer linked to anything. I've changed it back again and it's reappeared. This might be the problem with Guinevere's recipe also.BiddlyBee said:That'd be great actually, always go to click on it, but then realise it's not a link.
Same with your recipe ymu - it's not there (only the title)
Ah, I did that to a few of mine, and just added the recipe again... so there might be a few floating around not connected to anythingymu said:Yeah - I altered the name so it no longer linked to anything. Yes - the name of the page you're lining to has to match the name of the link exactly. You can go to the "All Pages" button to see if there are any stragglers.ymu said:Yeah - I altered the name so it no longer linked to anything. I've changed it back again and it's reappeared. OK. Just fixing Guinevere's link - waiting for whoever it is to quit editing.Crispy said:Yes - the name of the page you're lining to has to match the name of the link exactly. You can go to the "All Pages" button to see if there are any stragglers.

But I love the personality thing someone pointed out above (Sojourner I think). Tarting them up may lose it. And I am hopeless at weights and measures. I just add what looks right.
Should we make them look more professional or leave them as they are?

Now, which do you think is more likely?SubZeroCat said:Ok but it still didn't work you see. Perhaps I'm just stupid OR Cripsy hates me and made it so that I can't use it

That's right... your recipe name will be added... then you click on your recipe name - edit page - and put in your recipe - save againSubZeroCat said:(I tried to do it again, when I click save page it just goes to the recipe index....I give up!)
Do you mean when you save the main page after you added your recipe name? If so - was there a red warning at the top telling you that someone else was in edit mode (meaning you can't make/save changes until they get out of it)?SubZeroCat said:Crispy hates me
I'm soooo intelligent you see

Weren't my fault - was just the first result when I stuck "free wiki hosting" into googleSubZeroCat said:It's the red & orange pepper and ricotta pasta and it's called "urban75_recipes" ??
I'm sorry Crispy but I find that site totally confusing and not very easy to use!
Your link is in there now - but it's red meaning that there's no page attached. If you're not already in the process of filling it in, just click the link and edit the page to add it.SubZeroCat said:It's the red & orange pepper and ricotta pasta and it's called "urban75_recipes" ??

A-ha! When you edit a page there's a rename page option at the bottom - so I guess you can rename it and then edit the main page to retrieve the link.Crispy said:Yes - the name of the page you're lining to has to match the name of the link exactly.
