£9 for a personalised calendar isn't bad at all and it looks a good quality one with the spiral bound. I prefer those type as you can flip back and forth through the months without having to take it off the wall every time.

I do a family calendar every year via Snapfish. They're decent and often have discount offers, particularly in the run up to Christmas.

I got another one last week for the kitchen which has got family birthdays marked on it (with little photos in the days) + bank hols etc for £12 and it's surprisingly good quality for the price tbf).

Doggy day care sent presents home and this morning Willow has clocked it's for her. She now guards it whenever Katniss* walks into the room. Katniss has shown absolutely no interest in Willows present.

I love her look.
So gentle and benign on the surface but I detect a steely glint in her eye that's saying 'don't even think about messing with my Christmas stuff'. She's beautiful.

Have already mentioned that we'd had a couple of days over in Orangehaven.
Was in our favourite cafe/bar ... almost more dogs that people !
Bella decided to walk along the back of one sofa [bar owner was creasing himself over that]
Then a lass comes in with a neurotic little dog, which had a high pitched yap - as soon as anyone moved, or spoke above a whisper, the little yapper was off again. Owner didn't seem able to settle the little thing, at all.
As soon as we'd finished our food & drinks we had to leave, the yapping was hurting my ears.
