Looks a bit close to be 'from space'. Looks more like a view from a low flying aeroplane.
When you're in a low flying aeroplane over London you can see cars, people, and back gardens. Even high flying aeroplanes won't give you a tenth of that view.
I think the cameras have zoom lenses.True. But from space you see whole countries and continents.
Looks like someone threw a brick at a windscreen.
I think the cameras have zoom lenses.
Yeah, i know, dumb comment from me. It's just usually when it's pictures from space it's N Korea or the Great Wall of China. The M25 seems a strange subject choice and threw me a bit. And i seemingly didn't spot the nasa logo on the bottom of the pic.
Is he still doing that?
Probably Croydon. There seems to be a skull/scream like image in the middle.
I think everyone gets in there before he has a chance
ah, this is the image I was after. I wonder how this picture from 2005 compares to 2012. Are there countries that have gone more electric and are therefore brighter 7 years later I wonder

I'm sure you used to be able to zoom in on it, but you can't now
Odd how it disappears between the A2 and just east of the M23.
It's nice and nasty at the same time. What a blot we all are.
