Hehe, I was just surprised reading this thread that Phil Collins hadn't been mentioned yet, so I thought I'd deliberately rile some folks. I've got to be honest and say I don't know his music that well, but he is a tax exhile and so sub-human scum in my eyes. He seems to tussle with Bono as U75's most hated musician, so I thought it odd he hadn't been nominated.

Bill Bailey doesn't count as comedy music, because he's a comedian who uses music, rather than a comedy musician. Also, he's virtuoso and has perfect pitch, which means he defies classification.

I've only heard a couple of Hlaf Man Half Biscuit tunes. They're one of those bands that I've always meant to listen to properly but never got round to it. I wasn't aware that they would be classified as comedy though, I knwo they are a bit surreal, but when I said comedy music I was referring to crap like Richard Cheese, "comedy" punk covers and Tom Green.
