Can we have a third list for genres that are so miniscule that they don't warrant a mention on the other two lists please? :)

I note with pleasure that since ianw had me removed for code violation that this thread has descended into uncertainty and bickering.

He hasn't been seen since he called anyone who doesn't like the Beatles an idiot. I reckon he's out of action with an ear infection.
Welcome back.

Following an unfortunate misunderstanding on another thread I figured we'd need to provide any newcomers to the forum a handy guide to their opinions In the spirit of so-called Web 2.0 I will allow any posters with more than 2000 posts the chance to put forward a case for anyone to be added or removed from the list. I hope that this makes it all clear.

Queen
Happy Hardcore
Anything Kained & Able likes (even if that contradicts the first list)

I hope that this clears things up

*Note: check that editor likes before expressing opinion.

I'm sure this is tongue-in-cheek. Otherwise: bolloxology.

Maybe we should have a poll of:
The Beatles
Boyzone
Westlife
Take That

and the winner gets into List 3

Monkees List 1 though

Yeah Monkees definately list 1, and The Beach Boys too. I'm almost allowed an opinion. For the record, once I hit 2000 posts, are my previous posts then validated, or do they remain the dribbling ranting of a clueless n00b?

I'm listening to the Levellers....

:(

*leaves forum*

No proper music collection is complete or proper or valid without containing elements of the Stalino-Bluestreak-Axis defined dictatorialiat of List Two!!! :p :D

The Levellers are

So List Two can Fuck Off!!!! :p

Well it is mostly full of shite, so I suppose there's some fairness in that ...

I'm not reading the whole thread, as life is too short, but where's samba, salsa and not to mention 'world music' in general  (I hate that terminology )?

and how could we forget the peruvian pan pipes? heh? :hmm::p

You need to add to the allowed to like list - proper industrial (TG, Coil, NWW etc) and to the not allowed to like list - crap industrial (NIN and cybergoth bands).

Which leaves Ministry falling (as usual) falling between two stools. Luckily Al is reputed to be a bit of a coprophile. ;)
