A good friend is in this. On my to watch list, if I am still scarred by believing we were actually going to win the World Cup.

(In my defence, I was very young and believed the song. )

Only 16 countries qualified for that World Cup , I remembered getting carried away with enthusiasm for the Scottish team (England had failed to qualify for the 2nd time running ) . That Gemmil goal was a thing of beauty

A good documentary, it was. You forget just how good that team was. Possibly cos all you can remember is Alan Rough's hair. Oh my word, that hair...

And I was a Partick Thistle fan too

That was a great doc, even a bit emotional (must be the 25% scot within me ). Whilst I've heard the Archie Gemmill goal mentioned a few times, it was great to gain a bit more knowledge of WC'78.
