Going to be tough for the men's 20k walk on Thursday but for the brutal 50k walk and for the marathons it could be raining:

They’re in Hokkaido, not Tokyo, so should be cooler (assuming your forecast is for Tokyo).

Sinead Diver came 10th in the Marathon, she is 44, took up running at 33 and realised she was pretty good.

She ran for Australia, but was born in Belmullet, Co Mayo . I'm claiming an outrageous triple crown of reflected glory on this one. My dad was born near Belmullet (little village called Binghamstown) . Sinead went to the University of Limerick (My mum was born in County Limerick) and Mrs21 is Australian!
