Too much bother, esp if you use subs. Can’t have a VPN where I live either. And my PlayStation doesn’t seem to like playing the files
Subs are included. You turn em on if you want em, turn em off if you don't.
And I don't bother with a VPN. Never had any issues.
Eighth Grade was great and much better than Booksmart.

A few recommendations in the horror comedy genre. I wouldn’t describe it as ‘really funny’, but Satanic Panic is fairly entertaining, and funny overall without any laugh out loud moments. Like a good horror comedy film should be. On Sky Movies now.
Ready or Not is is still on pay-per-view so probably not yet available to stream, but definitely worth watching. One of the best, most entertaining and thrilling horror comedies of recent times, and very funny at places. Surprisingly captivating.
Finally a series not a film, but Ash vs Evil Dead is seriously fucking funny imo. Deffo on one of the main streaming platforms.

The Room is frequently on (in normal times) at the Prince Charles in Leicester Square, sometimes with Tommy Wiseau there in person. I saw the films there in a double bill and it is truly godawful.
There's a load of audience participation stuff too -- like people throwing plastic spoons and quoting the dialogue. Astounding that loads of people have obviously seen it multiple times.
