oh, wait, are you telling the truth or lying?I cannot in all honesty recommend The Invention of Lying.
oh, how rude, i did not notice this post. that's very kind of you. i should probably start working on my dad's collection though. not many comedies but hundreds of westerns and shitloads of european and japanese classics. he does have a few comedies like pink panther, team america and south park though. odd!

Rubber looks odd! it's made my Mr Oizo IIRC
I saw 'grown ups' the other day and thought it was reasonable.
?? I had to turn it off a quarter way...nothing worse than watching a bad comedy.
beerfest sounds well lame. It's nearly 5 years old but have you seen Beerfest? It's seemingly okay for miserable folk.
Also 'Youth in Revolt' - one my favs, unsure if it falls under 'comedy' though.
just 'reasonable'?I saw 'grown ups' the other day and thought it was reasonable.

just 'reasonable'?
i want a very funny film, not just one that's just a bit funny. there don't seem to be many aboutYeah, reasonable, not a masterpiece.

re: youth in revolt - why not a comedy? does it do what the OP asks?
