post your rubbish tunez

Gonna spam a few covers...

Don't take this the wrong way, but it's a deliberately simple song and you can make it even more simple. Do the same, just play the bottom two strings. (I think that's the voicing Kurt used). Third and fourth strings are static and pretty useless and the top two kill the vibe IMO. You'll also have this thing where you're playing an ambiguous E5 rather than an Emin and you can let the second chord communicate the minor key and it becomes this question-answer thing. (Nevermind my singing of course.)

Hey, no, domt take it the wromg way. I just always see covers as how I want to play them, if that makes sense?

Lazy Sunday afternoon post my crap on Tiktok.

Open Gmin tuning. (Amin shape). Never tried that before. Basic doodle in dorian, see what comes out.

Vaguely Bukka White inspired blues improv.

Experimenting with chords that just shouldn't. I kinda like the shouldn't chords - but I don't really build on them.

Little spoken word thing

Just a little snippet. I like this chord progression. But I want to do more than just bash it out. But this is what it is at present. More to follow....

It took me weeks to come up with those lyrics . Everything else took seconds.

Did a bunch of shorts in standard tuning last night and they sounded like they'd been made by a spider. Switch to open G and I slap this out. That's better. Standard tuning is a weird thing to do to your guitar.

Standard tuning but I did a Hendrix cover.

I feel I've come a long way in the last year. I can just sit down and create this sort of stuff now. Not that it's for everyone, but it's not for absolutely no-one at all now. Just need to avoid my own clichés.
