a nice lamb korma is one of the most delicious dishes on the planet earth (with freshly made naan)

My mate used to eat Phaal, which makes Vindaloo seem positively mild. Personally, I wouldn't go near a Vindaloo. Far too hot to enjoy the flavours. Madras is about as hot as I like 'em.
