Belfast office are being cunts again. I was hoping to collect new passport when I got out of the hospital emergency wards, but no. Nothing by post. Just a PDF attachment I managed to miss when first read email. Three attachments in total. Being a doped up mess waiting to restart therapy I should easily be forgiven for missing it.
It states that the person who counter signed my photographs failed to respond to a letter posted to the address given and that I had until December 18th to send new photographs with a new counter signatures form, or I would have to start the process again and pay the full fee again. I cannot find that sort of money ATM. And, neither bank cards work on the net.
The online log-in info' I was given never worked anyway. No tracking and no printing new form.
Everything has to be done online for overseas applications even though their prehistoric website doesn't work.
What would you do. Apparently they can just tell me to fuck off. I need passport for work, and critically for medical cover.
