Ladies and Gentlemen - the best of George Michael :)

Fast Love, Too Funky and Star People, great singalongs and sashayers to acompany me as I cook.

Nah, George hasn't done anything at 5,000 bpm as far as I know... :p

You would've struck me off your christmas card list if you'd seen me strutting my stuff to Fantasy earlier Dub. Top tune! I'm not keen on his ballads but when George decides to get funky - the man knows how to make a butt wiggle.

Prince - Purple Rain soundtrack (always nice and funky)

seeing as though it was pay day on friday, I went out and bought Nick Drake's "Five Leaves Left."

What can i say, utter genius. Moving, tender, beautiful, joyful, dark. and at this time of year, the sound fits really well.

Everybody buy the album

Sepultura's RoorBack, I fucking need it after the weekend i've had so it's back to the heavy shit for me!:D

I've had a hard few days so ....

some shoegazing sort of stuff

Loveless by My Bloody Valentine
The Used by The Used
The Argument by Fugazi
Dirty by Sonic Youth

It's unlikey to cheer me up but it does allow me to wallow in self pity.

Yeah, its official, distributed by World Serpent. The music's great, but some of the lyrics make me laugh (unintentionally I suspect). I forget sometimes how pompously pretentious Coil can be.

Autechre - Draft 7.30

What do you reckon to this Thixo? I've always loved autechre but so far I've been unable to listen to the whole of this without shouting at the stereo and turning it off?
