They're locking them up today, they're throwing away the key
I wonder who it'll be tomorrow, you or me?
We're all normal and we want our freedom[/url]
(accidental lols at the "all of Gods children gotta have their freedom" voice sounded like Chef :D:oops:)

Stereolab - Serene Velocity Anthology.

Been so long since I've listened to Stereolab, and it's whisking me back to some good days past - :D

My Bloody Valentine - "Loveless"
Weezer - "Pinkerton"
Broadcast & The Focus Group - "Investigate Witch Cults of the Radio Age"

David Bowie - Never Let Me Down
Moments of brilliance and unfortunate 80sness (often simultaneously)
- that cover is hideous and most of the photos/art are pretty unfortunate too.
Glass Spider should be hilarious but the intro sounds like the most matter-of-factly disturbing Jackanory from a nightmare, the rest is terrifying by association - the guitar equalling late night Gilmour paranoia and it's incredible fucked up hearing Bowie singing "Mummy come back because the waters all gone" in the voice of his friend/colleague (then) only 7 years dead John Lennon circa Working Class Hero/Mother.
Time Will Crawl is equal to his best imo while Day In Day Out isn't :D

Gil Scott Heron and Jamie xx - We're New Here.

Gil's I'm New Here reworked by Jamie from The xx - makes the original one sound archaic already.

Couple_TracksX_Singles_2002-2008-Fucked_Up_480.jpg

Slade - The Amazing Kamikaze Syndrome :D:cool:
on tape, in mono (tried two tape players, one only played the audio on one side of my headphones
had a personal stereo but it's vanished  )
better than I remember the effects need to be in stereo
Run Runaway is so Big Country/Celtic rock all it's missing is the bagpipes :D
