With the excitement of the FA Trophy draw, was looking at the FA site to check the exact years we were twice losing finalists (boo), and noticed they use a lovely quaint turn of phrase for wins on pens, "5-4 after kicks from the penalty mark." Presume that's how it's worded in the laws?

Remarkably, out of 37 penalties, only 2 were missed. And they were consecutive.
