That’s a bit elitest isn’t it. So (in true U75 fashion) what you are really saying is working class people who live in flats shouldn’t be allowed to make bombs? Only rich bosses in detached houses should be allowed to fabricate nail bombs in their bedrooms. (And perhaps middle class people can make pipe bombs in their semi detached..)
