Moving to Newport Baneswell

Hello everyone

I am seriously thinking going of moving from Birmingham to Baneswelli will be alone. What sort of are is Baneswell? The crime figures seem quite high, much higher than where I live now.
However its very close close to the River Usk and the sea, which is lovely.

Why Baneswell? The world is a big place, but you choose one tiny bit of Newport.

Anyway the shopping is first class
