I don't understand your second sentence.
Oops, I've fixed it.

Venting, I guess. However, I don't see what people who have campaigned for his release gain by attacking those who show disquiet at a solider shooting a wounded man dead.
tbh pa when someone does something and then says this very wrong thing i have just done never happened, i for one feel that any attempt to use a defence of temporary insanity or similar is a paltry cheap device used solely in an attempt to evade responsibility for what one's done.Venting, I guess.
If you were to change the above to "... attacking those who show disquiet at a [mentally ill] soldier shooting a wounded man dead" it changes things a bit.
Yes, but you're only 10, son.tbh pa when someone does something and then says this very wrong thing i have just done never happened, i for one feel that any attempt to use a defence of temporary insanity or similar is a paltry cheap device used solely in an attempt to evade responsibility for what one's done.

When you're a big boy you'll see things differently.
The barrister calling the talibanner a terrorist is a blunt piece of emotional propaganda I feel - insurgent/ rebel / whatever, but terrorist is a bit naughty
the rest sat there and helped him avoid the helicopters gaze. Never charged?anyway, reading the step by step detail of the incident in the judgement is fucking horrific

He's on video clearly expressing the nature of his crime and his awareness of the potential consequences. Sounds like sanity to me.
Don't be daft, Frank. He's on video clearly expressing the nature of his crime and his awareness of the potential consequences. Sounds like sanity to me.
Shut up you twat.He was under a lot of stress apparently. Not unlike the people of Afghanistan who, after years of violent occupation by foreign powers, sometimes take it into their heads to resist their occupiers and who can than be summarily executed for doing so, or for living near some people who might have resisted, or for going to the wrong wedding.
Being dragged around and shouted by a bunch of knuckle draggers after being grievously wounded by some cunt in a helicopter with a machine gun and before being shot in the heart and then insulted is also not great for one's mental health.
Don't be daft, Frank.
You're not qualified to make that call are you?
