Lunch should have its own thread

A Morton’s roll spread with peri peri mayo. Chopped sundried tomato scrattered on the bottom half, topped with a fried tattie scone, topped with creamy scrambled eggs with grated cheddar stirred in just before they set, and graced with a squeeze of sriracha to serve.

Delicious.
 
Houmous with salt & vinegar pop chips. They are surprisingly good to use to scoop up houmous - an accidental discovery a while back when I didn't have more traditional crackers in stock.
 
Had three late brunch crumpets with Marmite and cheese so skipping lunch today :hmm: although a neighbour dropped me off some pork and black pudding scotch eggs they mate yesterday so might reconsider.
 
Minestrone-style soup of onion, celery, carrot, garlic, chard stalks, tomato, cauliflower, potato, red lentils and chard leaves.

Filthy little chocolate pudding whipped up out of cocoa powder, sugar, cornstarch and oat milk, with an extra chocolate bar melted in. Cup of rooibos tea.
 
I'm supposed to be on a diet, but I overdid the exercise yesterday and I just walked a brisk mile around the park and carted my groceries home.
Fizzy multivit in 500ml water.
Avocado and two oatcakes with some left-over hummus
The last of a jar of Swedish gherkin salad.
