There is something deeply satisfying about it - cheap and cheerful and good for you. Well-done seedy toast with plenty of butter is a must.

I don't eat it often enough even though I always have tins of beans in.

It is a glorious day here so I have decided that I will have fish and chips from the chippy for lunch and go and eat them on the prom in the sunshine.

I’d like beer, but there’s ladders to climb this afternoon, so perhaps not.
