Lunch should have its own thread

Left over beef casserole that had pretty much no beef left in it, just vegetables, with some chopped up boiled potatoes. Then my new favourite desert - a few spoons of plain yoghurt with some blueberries, some chopped banana and a few walnuts.
Should keep me going for an hour or so anyway.
Then I have 1 crumpet left in the work freezer to get me to the end of the day
 
Will make a pan of wholegrain rice, spelt and pearl barley. Some carrots that need using, sweetcorn, tomatoes, chilli and olive oil. Will have a rummage in the cupboard to see if there is anything else I can chuck in.

Will probably end up as tea as I've got to wash up first.
 
Did you heat it up, neonwilderness? I always make too much pasta but have never figured out how to make it taste nice reheated. If I microwave it it always ends up bloated like canteen pasta.

I bought some yellow stickered shitake mushrooms, fried them with garlic, thyme, salt and pepper and had them in a white pitta. Bloody lush. Tea now.
 
I had a blt at about 11, then a big slice of apple cake and a cup of earl grey. Now I'm starving so I've had an apple, some disgusting oven baked "crisps" and a diet coke.

pickled onion Space Raiders

Not seen them in years. Space raiders are alright, but these are better - you could tip the whole packet in your gob in one go. Sadly they're probably not on sale anymore. :(
