Late night bars/pubs Hackney?

Thinking of going to a gig at the Dance Tunnel in Hackney on a Friday night but someone has just pointed out that the venue closes at 3am.



Coming from out of town, I need to find a place to wait til the trains start up again in the morning.

Can anyone recommend such a place near by , hackney or somewhere close that would be suitable?

PS, have considered going to another club that goes on til 5/6am but don't really want to pay a fortune on entry.

No idea , but you could get a night bus into the west end where there should be a few places to wait it out.

Hmm. The Dolphin will take you to 4.30, iirc. Night buses will take you to Smithfields. Maybe a hotel bar?

You could try Smithfields then which isn't too far from Hackney , lots of cafes open early doors for the market there.

Does it actually exist before then..? And the kebab stand in the beer garden's a nice touch.

Was going to suggest Efes pool hall but seems to close at 3 these days.

These are few and far between unless you find a free party, 20yrs ago this would not have been a problem in Hackney !

Mascara bar is excellent. Have had some great nights in there. Great music and crowd. Never too busy.
