Well done on reaching 100. Hopefully he'll slip off peacefully now. If he's at hospice level probably not much quality of life left.

You have no idea of what his quality of life may be. Palliative care should be about making sure that those with terminal conditions can still have a stimulating and interesting life rather than just being kept alive.
