Is DnB the new Punk?

More hoorays and bravos and dnb nights please, it's definately the way to go :cool: and would it hurt to throw a couple of spiffings into the mix?. :D
 
i mean the same sort of thing as when people get a new job, get the uni results they wanted, whatever, something they want to tell their on-line mates about.

like the man says - it's punk and bass - one of the best live acts around - and at unsound on april 8 if my memory serves me correctly...

---Well, today at Carnival I saw a shred of where things might be going: moshing at the DNB rig.

The MC's had to stop the music twice to get people to stop moshing, threatening to shut down the sound if it carried on.

What made it particularly out of order is that you're already rammed up so close to people at carnival, the last thing you want is fuckwits moshing around.

I hope this was a one-off - the CMC crew looked horrified...

A mosh pit is now a common sight at breakcore events - maybe we're seeing some cross-genre seepage?
