If someone's head hits the ground hard enough to result in a pool of blood, then they've hit the ground hard, and that could easily result in death... But they walked by him, like his life didn't matter.

Only the National Guard stopped to give medical attention. Guess they’re more used to disaster relief when their duty is to help people and provide first aid

My mum used to go out with an ex-filth (he was a right spiteful nasty cunt) who policed the race riots in the early to mid 80s in London. He told me the police fucking love a riot - especially back then before everything was filmed.
