I've no appetite for getting involved in this, and i stay clear of talking about such things on the boards, but since no one else has said it and there have been many contrary voices, I need to add my experience which is that blue balls pain is not a myth...have experienced it countless times. It doesn't happen on every non ejaculation, but it can happen and it is painful.

I've experienced this a few times too. At least in my case, ejaculating doesn't instantly cure it, it's still sore for a few hours afterwards.
Actually last time I experienced it, I was unable to actually have sex, because the pain involved made me lose my mojo so to speak.
