The neoliberal logic is for me to stop taking the preventative medication that I'll have to fund and let the NHS deal with increased hospitalisations.

There must be close to 20% over 60s who are entitled to a medical exemption certificate because of hypothyroidism and diabetes, to name just two common ailments, so I hope they've factored that into their money-saving calculations.
