I try really hard not to wash it and most days just rinse with water but I can't go 5 days without washing my hair so I wil shampoo it at least once but I know it's bad.
It's not a vanity thing but because I currently wash my hair everyday if I don't wash it for 2 days I start getting that itch and I hate it.
