Hmm. Those pickled eggs fans just like the testicular way they squish about in their individual plastic bags.
Eggs are fabulous and enjoyable as all the above and as meringues or soufflés or whatever.
But this troubled me, as I used to like to buy a tray of large eggs rather than mixed

Is it time we fell out of love with large eggs?

We look into whether buying large and very large eggs has a negative impact on the chickens, and the farmers.

Large or extra large eggs are never good for the bird. We have always bought medium at biggest ( organic at that ).

Wouldn't dream of buying anything but organic.
ETA These days. Used to think Free Range was good enough.

I think when a lot of us think about pickled eggs, we're remembering the big glass jars of them that used to sit behind the bar in our local, or on the counter in the chip shop - nary a plastic bag in sight.
It was more like a jar full of preserved laboratory specimens than testicular squishing
