Hmm. Those pickled eggs fans just like the testicular way they squish about in their individual plastic bags.
Eggs are fabulous and enjoyable as all the above and as meringues or soufflés or whatever.
But this troubled me, as I used to like to buy a tray of large eggs rather than mixed

Large or extra large eggs are never good for the bird. We have always bought medium at biggest ( organic at that ).

I think when a lot of us think about pickled eggs, we're remembering the big glass jars of them that used to sit behind the bar in our local, or on the counter in the chip shop - nary a plastic bag in sight.
It was more like a jar full of preserved laboratory specimens than testicular squishing :hmm:
